Hamann’s characteristic qualities connect seamlessly to those of Vredestein, providing a solid basis for the high-level partnership between the two companies.
Over the past quarter of a century Hamann has succeeded in joining the premier league of companies that specialise in individualising, embellishing and perfecting top-class cars. Hamann’s current portfolio includes brands such as BMW, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz and Range Rover. Styling and speed go hand in hand, and the identity of the car is often determined by the specific wishes of the customer.
The top of the automotive sector is an arena in which Vredestein, too, is a star player. This is illustrated by the Ultrac Vorti tyre, introduced in 2012, as well as the brand- new Ultrac Vorti R. These Ultra High Performance tyres are specifically designed for the fastest and most powerful cars on the market and truly stand out in terms of grip, steering precision and cornering, at speeds exceeding 186 mph.
It is not just the technical perfection that sets Vredestein apart – design has also long been a priority for this unique tyre manufacturer. The Premium Styling by Vredestein concept reinforces the brand’s efforts in the exclusive car market. In this context, Vredestein’s design department has partnered with Italian company Giugiaro Design, a name that needs no introduction. The signature of this grandmaster on Vredestein tyres stands for exclusivity and stylish design.
Concrete examples of the cooperation between Hamann and Vredestein include the Range Rover Evoque and BMW M5/M6 decorated by the German firm. The Evoque is fitted with the Vredestein Ultrac SUV Sessanta in size 295/30 ZR 22. For the M5 and M6, Vredestein even developed a tyre featuring the Hamann logo on the sidewall. And there is a special rear axle version of this Ultrac Vorti R, tailored to high power performance in combination with rear-wheel drive. The front tyres are in the size 265/30 ZR 21, while the rear are in 305/25 ZR 21.
