Triangle displays improved OTR range at Bauma
Triangle Tyre, represented in Ireland by Euro Tyre Sales, exhibited three flagship OTR products and introduced its new Tyre Performance Monitoring System (TPMS) at this year’s Bauma construction machinery show in Munich, Germany.
Triangle Tyre offers an extensive range of OTR tyres with rims up to 63-inches and load capacity ratings from one- to four-stars. Designed to support the most demanding quarrying and mining operations, Triangle’s solutions include tyres for wheeled loaders, articulated dump trucks (ADTs), and rigid dump trucks (RDTs), operating in both surface and underground environments.
A key product for Triangle at the show was the TL559S+ L5 wheel loader tyre, displayed in size 29.5R25. Designed for wheel loaders operating in both surface and underground mines, this three-star rated tyre accommodates heavier loads than its two-star counterpart, offering superior impact resistance, enhanced wear performance, and maximum load capacity. With deep, robust treads, Triangle says the TL559S+ is ideal for severe industrial and recycling applications, reinforcing the company’s leadership in this segment.
Also on the Triangle Tyre stand at Bauma 2025 was the TB576 174F E2 crane tyre in size 445/95R25. Developed for mobile cranes, this tyre features a lightweight construction that enhances fuel efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Additionally – and on display at Bauma in size 27.00R49 – was the TB599A E4, said by Triangle Tyre to be a benchmark in the rigid dump truck (RDT) category. This 49-inch tyre, with a diameter of 2.7 metres, is specifically designed for the most challenging quarry and mining conditions. Combining exceptional durability with outstanding reliability, the TB599A E4 has become the preferred choice for major mining operators worldwide.
Tyre Performance Monitoring System (TPMS)
With its new TPMS, Triangle Tyre says it is highlighting its dedication to safety and efficiency in off-road applications. This innovative system has been specifically engineered for giant OTR tyres, delivering real-time tyre tracking and monitoring to enhance site safety and minimise unplanned downtime.
