Prometeon truck tyre strategy to take centre stage at RTX
Prometeon Tyre Group is set to return to Road Transport Expo (RTX) in the UK for a fourth consecutive year, putting the spotlight firmly on truck tyre expertise, fleet-focused support and the importance of having the right tyre strategy in place.
Taking place from 30th June to 2nd July 2026 at NAEC Stoneleigh, RTX visitors will find Prometeon on Stand GR34 in Hall 2A, where the company will showcase its latest truck tyre products, digital fleet solutions and expert support for commercial vehicle operators.
At the heart of the stand will be the R02 Proway, Prometeon’s flagship truck tyre product. Developed for regional and long-haul operations, the R02 Proway is engineered to support fleets with strong mileage performance, confident wet handling, even wear, durability and retreadability, reflecting Prometeon’s focus on premium tyres built for demanding commercial vehicle applications.
The wider display will include key products from Prometeon’s premium truck tyre line-up, giving visitors the opportunity to speak to the team about tyre selection, application matching and how the right fitment can support uptime, operating efficiency and total cost of ownership.

Prometeon says its RTX presence is about more than products alone. The company will use the show to highlight the value of a structured fleet tyre strategy, helping operators move away from fragmented or inconsistent fitment decisions and towards a more joined-up approach that starts with the operation: how each vehicle is used, the routes it covers, the terrain it works on and the performance priorities that matter most.
Visitors will also be able to see demonstrations of Pro Management, Prometeon’s centralised tyre management platform. Developed to reduce administration, improve visibility and give fleets clearer information on tyre activity, job history, approvals and costs, the continually evolving platform supports a more transparent and proactive approach to tyre management.
Steve Tift, managing director UK and Ireland at Prometeon Tyre Group, said: “Our team will be on hand throughout the show to help operators understand which tyres are best suited to their vehicles and applications, how our service plans can support their fleets, and how digital tools such as Pro Management can give them greater visibility and control.”
Prometeon’s tyre experts and account managers will be available throughout the event to discuss tyre management strategies, service solutions and how fleets can take a more structured approach to fitting the right tyres to the right vehicles, for the right applications.
Heffernan Tyres is the official distributor in Ireland for the full range of Prometeon tyres, which include the Pirelli, Formula, and Anteo brands.
