New OE contract for Kumho

Kumho has been chosen to supply its e to Volkswagen-Navarra S.A for fitment to Polo models built at its plant in Pamplona, Spain. The tyre size is 185/60R15 84H.

A ‘green’ tyre with notably impressive label ratings, the es01 delivers low rolling resistance for optimised fuel efficiency and features enhanced wet grip technology combined with excellent resistance to aquaplaning.

The new Polo contract is one of the first fruits of work done by Kumho’s European Technical Centre (KETC) since it moved to Mörfelden-Walldorf in Germany and expanded its staff of first-class engineers and test drivers.
