Infinity previews new tyres in France and Spain

Infinity Tyres recently previewed three brand new passenger ranges at both Pneu Expo in Lyon and at Madrid’s Motortec Automechanika Ibérica.

Infinity’s latest performance ranges –Ecomax and Ecosis– took centre stage as planned with the announcement that shipments of both tyres to Europe had already started. However, the desire to exhibit an additional three new patterns for launch in 2013 proved irresistible and so Ecopioneer (a tyre designed for small city and commuter cars), Enviro (Infinity’s new premium SUV tyre), and Ecovantage (a new range designed for modern commercial vehicles) were presented to the world.

Final production tyres have already been approved and the new ranges only await legislative confirmation before their official launch at the upcoming Autopromotec trade show in Bologna during May 2013.

Nigel Hampson, Infinity’s Head of Business Development, said that: “The feedback we’ve had already on Ecomax and Ecosis has been very positive and we’re really excited to reveal the completely new and extended Infinity passenger range for 2013. For any tyre brand to launch a whole new generation of tyres from 13 to 19 inches in such a short period as well as launching new tyres for commercial van and SUVs is quite unprecedented. Our engineering and design teams must be commended in managing to complete all these projects on schedule. But we want to do things right for the European tyre market and demonstrate the commitment we have to our partners in developing Infinity with them for the long-term. We can’t wait to share the good news”.
