Falken Eurowinter HS01 labelled ‘Good’ in winter tyre test

The Falken Eurowinter HS01 was described by the independent testers of the specialist magazine auto motor sport as “excellent lateral guidance, low slip sensitivity when accelerating and good braking on the snow” as well as “very good aquaplaning prevention”.

11 winter tyres in the size 215/55R17 were stringently and extensively tested on a Volkswagen T-Roc in the magazine’s current winter tyre test. The tests took place in northern Finland and northern Germany.

The Falken Eurowinter HS01 achieved 7.4 points in the overall results, making it 1.5 points behind the test winner and it was therefore able to secure a good place in the middle of the pack. Among the numerous winter tyres in the tested size, the Falken Eurowinter HS01 qualified above all thanks to its excellent price-performance ratio.

Launched in April 2016, the Falken Eurowinter HS01 is available in 111 sizes, 13-21 inches, in the series 35 – 70 and has a speed index of T/H/V/W (190 – 270 km/h).
