Continental OE on Skoda Elroq

Continental has received original equipment approval for the electric Skoda Elroq, supplying its EcoContact 7 summer tyre in size 235/50 R20 at the front and 255/45 R20 at the rear.

Both versions carry the FR marking, which indicates that they have an integrated rim protection rib. This is a reinforced section on the tyre sidewall that helps prevent damage to the wheel rim if the tyre rubs against a curb.

Furthermore, small indentations on the tyre surface, known as dimples – similar to those on golf balls – improve aerodynamics and help reduce energy consumption.

According to Continental, the EcoContact 7 is a summer tyre designed for low rolling resistance, high mileage and low rolling noise.
