Austone Tires celebrates with customers in Jarama
The Austone Tires brand is looking back on a successful first season as the main sponsor of the Garret Trucksport FIA European Truck Racing Championship (ETRC) team.
The 2025 season concluded recently at Madrid’s Circuito del Jarama in Spain. “Jarama was overall a fantastic event and a strong conclusion to the 2025 season,” said Thomas Wohlgemuth, managing director Europe for Austone Tires.
To celebrate the end of the season together, the tyre brand’s parent company Prinx Chengshan, invited a number of its customers to Jarama with exclusive access to the paddock and the races.

Among those in attendance was Paddy Greenan from Euro Tyre Sales, the official Irish distributor for Austone Tires. Also in attendance was Sean O’Connell from Cork Tyre Wholesale, who represents the Prinx brand in Ireland.
Austone Tires marketing manager, Ari Salah, said the brand was highly visible in the paddock and hospitality area of Jarama.
“The team sponsorship is really paying off,” she enthused. “The combination of two days of thrilling racing, VIP hospitality, a relaxed atmosphere, and warm friendliness builds personal connections that are hard to establish in everyday business.”
“Each ETRC race weekend has been a wonderful opportunity to make personal connections and celebrate the season’s successes together,” Salah added.

Austone Tires, along with sister brand Fortune Tires, agreed a three-year sponsorship contract with Garret Trucksport from the 2025 season onwards.
The team impressed throughout the season with strong performances despite recurring clutch issues. The highlight was driver Luke Garrett’s first-ever ‘Chrome’ victory at the Zolder race in Belgium in September.
The FIA ETRC attracts around 350,000 spectators to racetracks each year, with races also streamed on various platforms, including DAZN.
Through its sponsorship, Austone Tires continues to invest in visibility within the truck community.
