Agrigear showcases BKT and Ralson Tyres at quarry show
Agrigear recently demonstrated its commitment to bringing cutting-edge tyre solutions to Ireland’s construction and quarry industries, by participating at CQMS’25 in Tullamore, Co Offaly.
BKT Takes Centre Stage
As the exclusive importer and distributor of BKT tyres in Ireland, Agrigear showcased an extensive range of the manufacturer’s industrial and quarry tyre solutions. The display included BKT’s Earthmax SR series (SR23, SR25, SR30, SR31, SR35, SR41, SR51, and SR53) for quarry and mining applications, along with the Multimax range, Liftmax LM-81, and Con Star, Grip Star for telehandlers in construction environments.
Industrial applications were represented by the Maglift Solid series for material handling, Skid Power HD for demanding environments, and Power Trax HD and Jumbo Trax HD for skid steer operations. The Giant Trax range for heavy-duty loader operations and the Ridemax series for mixed-service applications completed the comprehensive display.
Ralson Introduction
A significant highlight was the introduction of Ralson tyres, a company founded in 1974, which has grown from a bicycle tyre manufacturer to serve over 70 countries with commercial vehicle tyre solutions.
Craig Holdsworth from Ralson UK joined the Agrigear team to provide technical expertise and customer support. The Ralson truck tyre range includes RMR61 steer tyres for regional and urban applications, RDR75 drive tyres for heavy-duty use, RAC55 all-position tyres for construction and waste-haul applications, and RTR61 trailer tyres for regional operations.
Industry Engagement
Agrigear’s experienced team members, Barry and Damien, provided technical advice and answered customer queries throughout the event. Their expertise in tyre applications and understanding of Ireland’s construction and quarry industry challenges proved valuable in helping visitors select appropriate tyre solutions.
