Bridgestone conducts tyre safety checks with Golf Ireland

Bridgestone Ireland has been conducting tyre safety checks at the Bridgestone Order of Merit Golf tournaments as part of its sponsorship with Golf Ireland.

The tyre checks have been carried out with the assistance of local Bridgestone dealers.

Recently McManus Tyres in Dundalk assisted with checks at Ardee Golf Club and West Tyres at Westport Golf Club.

In addition to the checks Bridgestone and their partners have offered tyre safety advice to motorists at the events and dispensed free tyre tread depth gauges.

“We are delighted to able be to extend our activations with Golf Ireland this year and to include tyre safety in our sponsorship program with them,” said Colm Conyngham, marketing and public relations manager, Bridgestone Ireland.

”We are very grateful to McManus Tyres and West Tyres for their participation,” he added.
