Pro-Align new leverless tyre changer launched

Pro-Align launched their new TC Line, which is capable of changing wheels from 10” – 30”. The TC Line is a new leverless tyre changer. It provides workshops with a robust system offering some of the best features on the market. It is packaged into a compact unit which is incredibly easy to use.

Speaking about the new system, Paul Beaurain, managing director, commented, “the TC Line’s compact size is quite deceptive as it really packs a punch in terms of its performance. Featuring an extra-grip clamping device, the changer allows clamping with just one cone positioning operation and gripping pressure is automatically increased during operation.

The dual bead breaker roller system is simultaneously positioned in one simple movement and the gradual, controlled motion of the beadbreaker allows the bead to be broken close to the edge of the rim. The leverless tool head is coated in scratch-proof material and removes the beads without any risk of scratching rims.
