Modern Tyres buys Cathcart Power Equipment

Modern Tyres has revealed that it has purchased Cathcart Power Equipment, a long standing and locally known power equipment company.

In March of this year Modern Tyres purchased Cathcart Power Equipment through a series of negotiations with Alan Cathcart who originally started the company in 1965.

Located in Enniskillen and Lisburn, Cathcart Power Equipment lead the way in sales with two of the biggest power equipment suppliers, Honda and Stihl.

The Honda range includes ride-on mowers, power generators, water pumps, lawnmowers, robotic mowers, 4-stroke engines, outboard engines and Quads.

The Stihl range includes chainsaws, concrete cutters, professional brush cutters and strimmers, ride-on mowers and leaf blowers.

The whole range includes power equipment used for lawn, garden, construction, marine and all-terrain.
