Kirkby Tyres invests in Cam’s Wholesale CRM
Kirkby Tyres & Wheel Ltd has introduced Cam Systems’ Wholesale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, enabling the independent tyre and wheel wholesaler and distributor to improve its customer communications and interactivity.
By organising and aligning different departments’ data requirements across all its European sites automatically, Wholesale CRM will enable Kirkby Tyres to enhance its customer service, acquire new customers through efficient contact management, ensure effective sales procedures and fulfilment, and deliver greater visibility and transparency across the company.
