ITIA urges stakeholders to work together for regulation

The Irish Tyre Industry Association (ITIA) is urging all industry stakeholders to work together to ensure the industry is properly regulated.

In an article in the Tyre Trade Journal out on Friday ITIA President Kevin Farrell said: “There is nobody out there that is going to come in and clean up our industry for us so we must do it ourselves.”

“All sectors in our industry from the retailers, waste handlers, wholesalers and manufacturers are in full agreement that we must work together to take back control of our industry by bringing in regulation.”
