Parents of new drivers are being urged to consider buying tyres for their children this Christmas. Michelin made the call after research by TyreSafe concluded that young drivers are at greater risk of being involved in a tyre-related accident than older motorists.
Michelin has reinforced its commitment to Ireland during a visit by the manufacturer’s Head of Communications Phil Baldock. Mr Baldock told TyreTrade.ie that the Irish market was important to Michelin, and that it was proud to contribute to the community here.
