Business as usual at Premier Tyres following AAG acquisition

Wholesaler Premier Tyres has confirmed that it is “business as usual” at the company, following the announcement that Alliance Automotive Group UK&IE (AAG) has acquired its former sister company Premier Auto Parts.

In a social media post, Premier Tyres reassured its customers that the firm remains “a proudly local, family-owned, and family-run business”.

The acquisition of the Munster-based motor factor by AAG expands NAPA Auto Parts’ market position to 21 stores across the Republic of Ireland.
