AES celebrates processing over one million tyres in 2020

AES Bord na Móna is celebrating processing over one million tyres to date in 2020 with the launch of a new competition.

It has teamed up with radio stations East Coast FM, South East Radio, Live 95, Kfm and LMFM to give away €500 vouchers for new tyres at Repak ELT registered tyre retailers.

AES claims that by the end of this year, it will have processed four million tyres since opening its tyre recycling facility in Drogheda, Co. Louth in 2017.

The facility is the only one of its kind in the country and provides a specialised and compliant tyre-recycling service to the trade on the island of Ireland. AES takes waste tyres and recycles them into a variety of different products.
