Nankang sponsored team participates in 2013 Mongol Rally

Nankang Tire is sponsoring the Taiwan team, “Diguarion” which is participating in the Mongol Rally which gets underway in London on July 14 and concludes in Ulan Bator in Mongolia at the end of August.

The Wrangler DuraTrac was developed for use in tough terrain. The varying width of the shoulder blocks, not only longitudinal but also laterally, allows the Wrangler DuraTrac to break up certain surfaces, especially loamy ones, more easily, blazing a trail time and again. “With the Goodyear traction tyre, robust off-road vehicles can handle even challenging off-road terrain on rocky surfaces,” said Holger Rehberg, Goodyear Product Manager. The Wrangler DuraTrac, originally engineered and developed in the United States, is also produced at the Fulda tyre plant of Goodyear Dunlop in Germany. The goal of doing so is to meet European car manufacturers’ demand for often varying tyre dimensions.
