Tyre trade at the Classic Car Show
The Classic Car Show took place at the RDS in Dublin at the weekend and the tyre trade was well represented.
Vintage Tyres from the UK exhibited a wide range of vintage and veteran tyres.
The company which was formed in 1962, initially to maintain supply of Dunlop tyres for vintage and veteran cars and motor cycles, is now recognised as a specialistsupplier
of veteran and vintage tyres.
More recently, completely new tyres have been developed using the very latest technology and materials bringing much greater levels of performance, whilst retaining the appropriate look and feel for the period and vehicle.
The company has also developed its own brand, Ensign, a quality tyre offering availability of appropriate sizes and patterns for many older motorcycles. There’s also the economically priced Waymaster for cars, for drivers who are looking for real value for money without losing quality.
Meanwhile, Pitzone, the workshop equipment and tools specialists also attended the show. The company represents the Butler range tyre changers, wheel balancers and 3D alignment equipment.
The company also represents Steelo a range of Swedish tyre racking, Alcar, manufacturers of alloy wheels and specialists in TPMS and Remog, Italian manufacturers of quality wheel balance weights.
