The Irish automotive aftermarket came out in force last weekend to to attend the Auto Trade Expo, which took place at the Citywest Hotel and Exhibition Centre, Dublin.<\/p>\n
Close to 130 exhibitors from all sectors of the Irish automotive aftermarket took part in the Auto Trade Expo on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 November.<\/p>\n
More than 3,300 people passed through the doors over the two days, illustrating a huge demand for a national trade show for the automotive aftermarket.<\/p>\n
A host of leading international automotive brands exhibited at the Auto Trade Expo, and showcased all aspects of the Irish automotive aftermarket in a major trade only event \u2013 the first of its kind ever held in Ireland.<\/p>\n
Organised by Automotive Publications, the Auto Trade Expo proved a big hit with mechanics; technicians; and apprentices from independent garages and main dealerships. <\/p>\n
It was also well received by workshop and aftersales managers, parts managers, and owners and managers of garages, transport workshops, bodyshops, tyre centres, motor factors, and everyone involved in the auto aftermarket.<\/p>\n
Trade stands were interactive with real demonstrations. Visitors were urged to touch and
\nfeel the parts, tools and equipment and interact with those doing the demonstrations, to learn about new products, tools, equipment, and methods.<\/p>\n
The Irish Auto aftermarket was honoured on the Sunday Night at the inaugural Irish Auto Trade Awards 2015.<\/p>\n
The Irish Auto Trade Awards 2015 acknowledged the high aftersales standards offered to Irish motorists, business owners of vans and trucks, and everyone that uses the services of car, van and heavy commercial workshops, parts suppliers, bodyshops, tyre centres and others in this great industry.<\/p>\n
The Irish Auto Trade Awards covered practically every sector of the Irish auto aftermarket, including main dealership aftersales and also independent workshops (both of those covering the servicing and repairs from cars and vans through to trucks and buses); manufacturer and dealership parts suppliers; wholesale and retail motor factors; bodyshop\/refinishers; body builders\/converters; recovery operators; tyre manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers; manufacturer innovations; and other awards.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
