Patch Tyre Equipment, celebrating 21 years in business this year has just added the Just Easy range of tyre handling equipment to its ever expanding equipment range.<\/p>\n


\nManufactured in Denmark, the Just Easy range makes handling large tyres easier, faster and safer. The range is backboned by the Easy Gripper 2160 and East Stacker 1200, which takes the pain and strain out of handling and stacking large tyres.<\/p>\n

Easy Gripper 2160<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThe Easy Gripper 2160 can handle large tyres and wheels up to a diameter of 2,160 mm.<\/p>\n

The Easy Gripper 2160 can provide substantial time savings across a whole range of handling operations involving large tyres and wheels. And using a mounted camera, the driver can optimise its use, for example when attaching wheels on farm machinery for instance, so the driver himself can see and hit the attachment bolts.<\/p>\n

The Easy Gripper 2160 is also ideal for attaching tyres on rims, for loading and unloading, stacking, taking wheels off and many other transportation and handling operations.<\/p>\n

The Easy Gripper 2160 can be mounted on fork-lift trucks, mini-loaders, telescopic loaders and other front loaders.<\/p>\n

Easy Stacker 1200<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThe Easy Stacker 1200 can handle lorry tyres and wheels up to a diameter of 1,200 mm.<\/p>\n

The Easy Stacker 1200 can be mounted on fork-lift trucks, mini-loaders, telescopic loaders and other front loaders.<\/p>\n

The Easy Stacker 1200 can in many cases make loading and unloading of tyres more
\nefficient with considerable time savings as well as providing a better use of the loading height.<\/p>\n

It addition, it can take over many heavy manual lifting operations and reduce physical injury and sick leave.<\/p>\n

It can be fitted using a quick shift module, so that the equipment can be replaced by forks, the Easy Gripper 2160 or another in the range within the space of two minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
