Continental has expanded its market position even further in the field of electric mobility. In the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, the company supplied original equipment tyres to the 10 highest-volume manufacturers of electric vehicles in 2025.<\/p>\n

According to Continental Tires, this result underscores the manufacturer’s strategic focus on the growing e-mobility market.<\/p>\n

Worldwide, 17 of the 20 highest-volume electric vehicle manufacturers place their trust in tyres from Continental, including BYD, Volkswagen, Stellantis, BMW, NIO, Hyundai and Renault.<\/p>\n

In the Americas region, Continental currently supplies eight of the 10 highest-volume manufacturers. In the most dynamic market region, Asia Pacific (APAC), it supplies seven of the top 10.<\/p>\n

Continental says the Chinese market is particularly volatile: within one year, new high-volume manufacturers have entered the rankings there.<\/p>\n
