His previous knowledge was based on discussions with colleagues and other business owners and although he knew the equipment was good, he didn\u2019t know quite how good! Experiencing the equipment firsthand, he realised it\u2019s superior accuracy and ease of use, which has been pivotal in changing his perception.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business Improvements Post-Investment<\/strong><br \/>\nThe introduction of the Hunter Aligner has brought significant improvements to Eamon&#8217;s operation in a number of areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Increased Efficiency<\/strong><br \/>\nThe speed of work has improved considerably. Previously, the process of attaching clamps was cumbersome and frustrating. With the new QuickGrip Clamps, the setup is now faster and more efficient.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.autotrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Photo-24-06-2025-09-43-20-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"2560\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-75892\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Training<\/strong><br \/>\nThe user-friendly nature of the Hunter equipment has allowed Eamon to train technicians more easily. He has shifted from a hands-on approach to empowering his technicians to handle alignments, which has streamlined business operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales Opportunity<\/strong><br \/>\nCustomers have specifically requested a Hunter Alignment, demonstrating the brand&#8217;s strong reputation and the trust that it has built among the end user community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effective Communication<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ability to generate detailed reports has enhanced communication with customers. The alignment printouts provided by the Hunter Aligner are straightforward and help explain alignment issues and solutions very effectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Importance of After-Sales Service<\/strong><br \/>\nEamon went on to emphasise the critical importance of great After-Sales service to ensure his business experiences minimal downtime. He acknowledged that he was initially unaware of the level of support he would receive from Pro-Align but has found it to be excellent. Steven Shortt, Pro-Align&#8217;s Service Engineer, has been highly responsive to any issues that have arisen, ensuring minimal business disruption.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.autotrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Photo-24-06-2025-10-11-24-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"2560\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-75894\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Final Thoughts<\/strong><br \/>\nTrust, Speed, and Accuracy were the passing thoughts expressed by Eamon regarding his experience thus far of the Hunter Aligner. The set-up time is quick and easy, and the accuracy is second to none, creating a high bond of trust between the business and customers.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the high importance that he places on Great Customer Service, Eamon has assumed most of the responsibility for carrying out alignments.
