First Industrial Tyres’ (FIT) long-standing partnership with GRI, the premium specialty tyre manufacturer, continues to go from strength to strength in Ireland, on the back of offering premium products, at competitive prices, backed up by high levels of customer service, Lorraine Mitchell of First Industrial Tyres Irl Ltd, told TyreTrade.ie.<\/p>\n

GRI\u2019s collaboration with FIT began in 2010, marking the start of a fruitful alliance in the industrial tyre sector. Over the years, FIT has played a crucial role in making tyre replacement services seamless for customers across the UK and Ireland.<\/p>\n

“With a dedicated fleet of mobile presses, FIT ensures nationwide service excellence,” said Mitchell. “We have expanded our operations into Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, solidifying our presence across 11 key locations, including London, Dublin, Suffolk, Peterborough, Birmingham, Hull-Yorkshire, Washington-Newcastle, Preston, Stoke, Bristol, Andover, and Northern Ireland.”<\/p>\n

Mitchell added: “FIT’s growth in the UK and Ireland market is a testament to our commitment to customer service and innovation. With an increasing demand for reliable specialty tyres, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry. As FIT has grown over the past two decades, GRI has evolved in tandem by developing new products and brands to meet the dynamic needs of the Specialty Tyre industry, as Mitchell explains. “GRI\u2019s Material Handling tyre brands successfully cater to a range of market segments, including premium, mid-range, and value products in the UK and Ireland,” she said. “By continuously enhancing its Material Handling tyre portfolio, GRI competes with some of the most renowned names in the industry.”<\/p>\n

Mitchell continued: “GRI\u2019s dedication to research and development has led to the creation of advanced tyre solutions tailored for various industrial applications. In 2020, GRI commenced the construction of a large mixing facility for tyre compounds, emphasising its focus on quality and consistency. In 2021, the company further expanded its Specialty Tyre plant, reinforcing its commitment to staying ahead in the industry. These strategic moves have enabled GRI to provide FIT and our customers with an even broader and more advanced range of specialty tyres.”<\/p>\n
