He shared insights on how the Prometeon R&D team worked for over four years on the company\u2019s most advanced tyres to date \u2013 the Serie 02 range \u2013 as well as discussing what\u2019s new in the world of tyre technology.<\/p>\n
Taking pride of place on the Prometeon stand at RTX, and making its UK debut, was the new Prometeon-branded R02 Pro Trailer tyre designed for maximum versatility and high safety standards on all roads, and in all seasons.<\/p>\n
With a completely new tread design, and an innovative material compound, Prometeon says the R02 Pro Trailer tyre ensures low rolling resistance and high durability for optimisation of total management costs. The Prometeon R02 tyre also has a new reinforced casing construction offering an increased load capacity up to 10 tonnes ensuring high strength and retreadability, even for use with high loads.<\/p>\n

Yilmaz shared that many existing customers were already aware of the rebrand and expressed enthusiasm for the new Prometeon tyre. “Most of our visitors were current customers who appreciated the continuity in quality and performance. Seeing the tyre in person solidified their confidence in our products,” he said.<\/p>\n
The new Prometeon-branded tyres are built on the same advanced technology as the previous Serie 02 tyres which are renowned for their durability, sustainability, and performance.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe rebranding is more than a name change; it represents Prometeon\u2019s commitment to leveraging its own technological advancements and to writing its own history in the tyre industry,\u201d explained Yilmaz.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur Serie 02 premium tyres were launched in 2022 after four years of R&D and hundreds of hours of road tests. They remain the most advanced truck tyres on the market which is why all of that technology is being retained in our Prometeon-branded premium tyre range.\u201d<\/p>\n
