<\/p>\nYokohama Tyres has been named as an event partner of the upcoming ‘Everything Electric’ show in London.<\/p>\n
Taking place at London ExCel from 28th \u2013 30th March, the event, formerly called Fully Charged LIVE, will showcase not only the latest in electric cars, but also the latest in home energy and clean energy solutions too.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs demonstrated by our extensive and well-established BluEarth range of tyres, Yokohama has been a long-term advocate of more environmentally conscious motoring,\u201d explains Peter Fairlie, chief executive, Yokohama UK.<\/p>\n
\u201cLast year we introduced our first tyre that has been specifically designed to cater for the unique demands of electric vehicles, so we are very pleased to be supporting the new, Everything Electric London show. We look forward to meeting thousands of EV drivers and demonstrating Yokohama\u2019s investment and developments in this area.\u201d<\/p>\n
As part of its partnership, Yokohama will be the official sponsor of the Live Action Arena, where visitors will be able to see some of the latest EVs to be launched to the UK including the Chery Omoda E5, which will be making its UK debut, the Fisker Ocean, the Ora O3 Pro and the BYD Seal.<\/p>\n
In addition to the cars on show, visitors will be able to hear from industry experts including Fully Charged presenters Robert Llewellyn, Imogen Bhogal, Elliot Richards and Jack Scarlett, and former BBC Top Gear presenter, Rory Reid.<\/p>\n
Yokohama\u2019s tyres are being chosen as original equipment (OE) by a growing number of vehicle manufacturers. Having been fitted as OE to the original Tesla Roadster back in 2008, today, Yokohama\u2019s tyres are factory fitted on cars such as the all-new Lexus LBX battery electric vehicle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
