{"id":32133,"date":"2022-04-05T04:40:17","date_gmt":"2022-04-05T03:40:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/?p=32133"},"modified":"2022-04-06T16:41:04","modified_gmt":"2022-04-06T15:41:04","slug":"fps-to-open-first-irish-regional-distribution-centre-in-belfast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/index.php\/fps-to-open-first-irish-regional-distribution-centre-in-belfast\/32133","title":{"rendered":"FPS to open first Irish regional distribution centre in Belfast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FPS is to open a new regional distribution centre in Belfast this month, the company&#8217;s first on the island of Ireland as part of its continuous expansion plans.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>According to FPS, this new site will provide customers with a fast and efficient service, which will be achieved through the full range of brands and stocking profiles that it offers alongside same day delivery on all products through FPS\u2019s own fleet of delivery vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>It adds that the Belfast team will operate under the same core values that FPS has established throughout its nearly 90 years of trading, supporting customers through its value-added services of e-commerce, marketing, dedicated sales teams, and technical support.<\/p>\n<p>Ferraris Piston Service Ltd. (FPS) was acquired by Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) in 2016. Neil Warren, AAG UK group logistics director said: \u201cOur move into Ireland has been highly anticipated and we are excited to be able to provide an improved service to our Irish members.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt AAG, we made the first move into the Irish market last year with the acquisition of J&amp;S and the opening of FPS Belfast presents a new era of opportunities for the group and our members.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The new regional distribution centre in Belfast will open on 11th April.
