The two new models join the M5 as BMW M models using Yokohama tyres as original equipment.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-29927 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Screen-Shot-2021-05-12-at-3.09.29-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"838\" height=\"484\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Screen-Shot-2021-05-12-at-3.09.29-PM.png 838w, https:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Screen-Shot-2021-05-12-at-3.09.29-PM-300x173.png 300w, https:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Screen-Shot-2021-05-12-at-3.09.29-PM-768x444.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 838px) 100vw, 838px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Advan Sport V107 is a high-performance tyre in Yokohama\u2019s global flagship Advan brand. The tyres being supplied to BMW M were jointly developed with the automaker and feature a specially developed compound and a tread pattern with the groove area adjusted to achieve superior dry performance and wear resistance.<\/p>\n<p>The tyre also has received the EU labeling system\u2019s highest \u201cA\u201d grade for wet performance.<\/p>\n<p>Its mound profile provides uniform surface contact that further contributes to superior its dry performance and wear resistance. Structurally, the carcass, considered to be the skeletal frame of the tyre, is composed of specially made cords, and the belt has a larger angle than replacement tyres, which tightens the belt\u2019s grip on the carcass.
