The new range has been headlined by the Optitrac, the mainstay of the Goodyear Farm Tires offering.<\/p>\n
The Optitracs are capable of speeds of up to 65km\/h and feature a wear-resistant tread compound to maximise tyre life and provide peak performance on both road and field.<\/p>\n
The exclusive Low Sidewall Technology on offer from Goodyear Farm Tires is also receiving strong reviews, with a larger rim diameter and smaller sidewall than the standard tyre providing benefits including improved floatation, reduced soil compaction and an ability to increase load by up to 40 per cent without affecting tyre pressure.<\/p>\n
The range also includes 85, 70, 65 and XL Tractor Drive Radials, as well as specific designs for sprayers, harvesters and industrial applications.<\/p>\n
The link with Goodyear Farm Tires has enabled Farm Tyres NI to continue going from strength to strength.<\/p>\n
Brought up on his family\u2019s dairy farm in Stewartstown, County Tyrone, Phillip worked as an engineer in the Royal Air Force before more recently working for different large agricultural tyre dealers, providing the expertise and confidence to set up Farm Tyres NI.<\/p>\n
