Nokian, represented in Ireland by Agrigear, has come out on top in winter tyre tests conducted by the German car magazines \u201cAuto Bild\u201d, \u201cauto motor sport\u201d and \u201cAUTOStra\u00dfenverkehr\u201d, earning top ratings of \u201cexemplary\u201d, \u201chighly recommendable\u201d and \u201cvery good\u201d respectively.<\/p>\n
In more than 20 winter tyre tests carried out by car magazines in Germany and other European countries this winter, Nokian tyres came out on top. The Finnish tyres were awarded the top rating \u201cgood\u201d by the German automobile club ADAC and the consumer protection organisation \u201ctest Stiftung Warentest\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cAuto Bild\u201d praised the Nokian WR A3: \u201cStrengths: exemplary handling qualities on snowy, wet and dry surfaces, stable directional control and precise steering response, shortest wet and dry braking distances, low fuel consumption\u201d.<\/p>\n
The \u201cauto motor sport\u201d assessment for the Nokian WR D3 was: \u201cOutstanding performance on snow, short braking distance on dry surfaces, balanced handling\u201d.
