<\/p>\nTianjin United Tire & Rubber International Co., Ltd (TUTRIC) has expanded its European range of Tianli construction equipment tyres, which are available in Ireland through Tyrecall Ireland.<\/p>\n
A large number of own patents and extensive research form the basis for the new OTR Radial tyre programme. It is technically mature and, due to the materials used, at the same high level as the forestry and agricultural tyres of the brand.<\/p>\n

The TUL 300, available in sizes 15.5 to 29.5, is an \u201cindestructible\u201d tyre for wheel loaders in Europe. Norbert Schwalen, Technical Sales Manager, commented: \u201cOur Tianli wholesalers from Ireland, Germany, France and Spain are enthusiastic about its performance. Its distinctive tread design combined with an ideally designed sidewall create the perfect tyre for wheel loaders in use on the most demanding terrains.\u201d<\/p>\n
The TUL 400 in E-4 \/ L-4 also has a special base rubber compound that effectively prevents fractures and cracks. The TUL 500 in L-5 with its enormously deep open block pattern with a central lug line is a suitable tyre for use on wheel loaders in quarries and on rugged terrains. The TUL family is rounded off by the TUL 580 for bucket wheel loader in underground mining.<\/p>\n
The TUE 100 has a specially designed pattern favouring heat dissipation in combination with good traction and smoothness in use. The patterns TUE 300 and TUE 400 for large dump trucks are characterised by their special tread compound, which guarantees an extra long tyre life even on abrasive surfaces. Like the TUE 410, they feature a special cord that withstands even the highest tensile load and undergoes a special vulcanisation process.<\/p>\n
The TUE 401’s tread design features two opposing central lugs which are separated by a narrow groove and provide excellent traction. The TUE 302 in E3 \/ L3 will soon be available for wheel loaders and dump trucks in sizes from 17.5R25 to 29.5R25.<\/p>\n
All tyres use only high quality cut and puncture proofed raw materials, while providing good maneuverability. TUTRIC says the special vulcanisation process is the last step on the way to absolutely reliable OTR tyres.<\/p>\n
