<\/p>\nFalken Tyre Europe has secured first place in the passenger car tyre category of the bi-annual VR\u00d6-Awards for a third time in a row from the Association of Tyre Specialists, Austria.<\/p>\n
Criteria such as customer relations, delivery service, handling of complaints, product quality as well as sales policy and marketing were factors in deciding who would win the prestigious 2017\/2018 award.<\/p>\n

“This first place in the VR\u00d6 ranking shows, once again, that our tyres are doing very well in the mid-premium segment,\u201d says a delighted G\u00fcnther Riepl, Senior Sales Director Austria, Swiss and Eastern Europe. \u201cThis award not only honours the quality of our tyres, but also the work of Falken\u2019s Austrian sales team. Therefore, I would like to thank the VR\u00d6 for its trust, as well as my team and the colleagues in the field and office for securing this award.”<\/p>\n
The VR\u00d6 prize is awarded for both car and truck tyre categories and all VR\u00d6 members are entitled to vote. The award was presented by James Tennant, VR\u00d6 chairman, during the AutoZum exhibition, which was held from January 16-19, 2019 in Salzburg.<\/p>\n
