{"id":2192,"date":"2012-10-18T16:27:05","date_gmt":"2012-10-18T15:27:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/?p=2192"},"modified":"2012-10-18T16:27:05","modified_gmt":"2012-10-18T15:27:05","slug":"btma-elects-new-chairman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/index.php\/btma-elects-new-chairman\/2192","title":{"rendered":"BTMA elects new Chairman"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Michelin\u2019s managing director, Eric Le Corre, has been elected as the new Chairman of the British Tyre Manufacturers Association (BTMA) at a recent Board meeting.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>He brings with him a wealth of tyre industry experience with almost 14 years\u2019 in the business and takes over with immediate effect.<br \/>\nLe Corre will also represent the BTMA on the board of the .<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2193 alignright\" title=\"Eric-Le-Corre2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Eric-Le-Corre2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Eric-Le-Corre2.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Eric-Le-Corre2-213x300.jpg 213w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a great honour to serve as Chairman of the BTMA as it is a very important position within the tyre industry.
