Cavan based tyre and wheels manufacturer and distributor had very generously sponsored new back and front tyres and wheels for a Ferguson 20 vintage tractor.<\/p>\n<p>The tractor was being restored for the charity Child of Haiti. The charity was founded by Limerick-based Mayoman Joe Tierney and supported by a large group of people around the country.<br \/>\nThe vintage tractor project has been undertaken by a Roscommon-based group including PJ Maher, Berney Higgins, John Higgins and Padraic Deane, of Automotive Publications to raise funds for their latest project in Haiti.<\/p>\n<p>The tractor has now been fully restored and will be raffled on Saturday, January 7. Tickets \u20ac10 each. Book of 6 tickets for \u20ac50.
