<\/p>\nChicago Pneumatic has unveiled its new ultra-lightweight \u00bd\u201d impact wrench – CP7732C \u2013 which is the new generation of the company\u2019s best-selling \u2018stubby\u2019 and is the latest in a series of exceptionally compact tools for the vehicle service industry. <\/p>\n

This high quality compact tool delivers maximum customer value with an unbeatable power-to-weight ratio. The wrench is 30 per cent lighter than its predecessor, and has been designed in response to customer demand for smaller, lighter tools, that are easier to handle, enabling mechanics to work easily in difficult-to-access areas and get their job done quickly and efficiently.<\/p>\n
The stubby CP7732C wrench is innovative, weighing just 2.1lbs (1 kg) and 4.4 in (112 mm) in length while still providing a maximum torque of 460 ft.lbs (625 Nm) in reverse. The new compact impact wrench is perfect for use inside the vehicle and engine compartment for jobs on oil pans, seat bolts and body panels where tight spaces restrict the movement of conventional tools.<\/p>\n
The tool is ergonomic and has been designed for maximum user comfort with a composite housing and thermo-plastic rubber handle. Users will appreciate the smooth mechanism of one hand forward\/reverse and a new power setting system. The ergonomic curved handle reduces tension in the mechanic\u2019s hand and helps reduce chances of an injury. In addition, because it is lighter than alternative tools, operators experience less fatigue. Furthermore, a full teasing trigger gives the operator easy, controlled operation.<\/p>\n
