However, Bridgestone wanted to emphasise the level of technology throughout its product range, which leads to better performance for vehicle drivers and also enhanced safety.<\/p>\n<p>The event included a diverse range of activities and displays including driving on a DriveGuard with a puncture, a multi vehicle commercial tyre display, virtual reality experience and a full speed Porsche driving experience. Bridgestone also displayed BMWs impressive i8 and the i3 featuring the unique Bridgestone ologic tyre.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-14369\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Bridgestone-073-copy.jpg\" alt=\"Bridgestone-073-copy\" width=\"800\" height=\"441\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Bridgestone-073-copy.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Bridgestone-073-copy-300x165.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tyretrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Bridgestone-073-copy-768x423.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Overall the day demonstrated Bridgestone\u2019s technology leading position in the market place and gave more than a hint the brand is likely to remain as the world\u2019s largest tyre and rubber company into the future.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe got a very positive response from all who attended and we feel we were able to emphasise the technology such as DriveGuard, ologic with BMW and the new M Series truck tyres that Bridgestone has recently introduced to the market,\u201d said Colm Conyngham, Marketing and Public Relations Manager, Bridgestone Ireland.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bridgestone Ireland showcased its latest technology and safety products for two days at Mondello Park in April.
