Tyrecall and Tianli Tyres celebrate six year successful partnership
Tyrecall and Tianli are now in the 6th year of a very successful partnership, which as seen the tyre brand develop many farm fans in Ireland. Tianli agricultural tyres are available in a bigger range of sizes and patterns than any other budget brand can offer. Tianli tyres are manufactured by Tutric (Tianjin United Tire & Rubber International Co., Ltd) in the city of Tianjin, the most important export harbour to the Southeast of Beijing in a modern and green factory.
The company was one of the first in China to focus on the production of speciality tyres 35 years ago. EATD (European Agricultural Tyres Distributors)based in Germany are the importers of Tianli tyres to Europe and act as intermediary between TUTRIC and the European dealer network.
The tractor and flotation tyres are excellently matched to grassland operations. Wide lugs give superb driving comfort on the road and in the field. All tyres are extremely robust with high load capacity and excellent durability even in the most demanding conditions.
In contrast to many of the new competitors, which have only begun to produce agricultural tyres in recent years, Tutric has long standing know-how equal to that of premium manufacturers.
Since 2006, Tutric has been producing radial agricultural tyres in high quality and has a large number of own patents. The Tianli brand focuses on in-house developments instead of copies. Tianli does not believe in copying successful patterns.
Rather, an experienced team of engineers works in close customer contact to offer the right tyres for every country and terrain.

Agricultural tyres in IF and VF technology
Tianli’s IF1050/50R32 AG-RS is available in two bead designs – for one-piece deep-bed rims in DW36 and multi- piece in 36.00VA for the best possible adaptation to existing rims.
Low R-1 lugs make it the perfect tyre for self-propelled vehicles and for nutrient application as well as manure transporters that operate on particularly sensitive soils such as moorland.
In addition to the usual IF advantages (20 per cent increased load capacity or 20 per cent lower air pressure compared to standard tyres), the IF 1050/50R32 AG-RS offers a significantly higher load capacity in relation to the air pressure compared to its competitors.
Its wide, elongated footprint minimises ground pressure significantly. Other sizes available are: IF800/70R38, IF900/60R32.
Row crop tyres
TheVF380/90R46AG-Risa tyre for increased productivity in crop rows. Thanks to the VF technology, it offers the user an increased load capacity of up to 40 per cent vs. standard tyres at the same air pressure or can be driven with up to 40 per cent lower air pressure compared to standard tyres to achieve the same load capacity.
Due to the lower air pressure, the footprint is increased, the soil compaction and deep ruts are significantly reduced. In eld use, it has good traction and self-cleaning properties even under wet conditions.
The VF380/90R46 maintains its high driving stability and comfort even in road transport.
Especially suited for the Irish market are tyres like the 500/50R17, 600/50R22.5, 600/60R30.5 for agricultural trailers or the Rideking in size 500/45R22.5, which is perfectly suited for balers and green feed harvesting. For dumpers sizes 500/60-22.5 and 600/40-22.5 are on offer among many other options for every kind of equipment for agriculture, construction and forestry applications.
Robust tyres for heavy equipment
The 500/70R24 MultiSurface is a robust tyre for telescopic loaders, backhoe loaders and wheel loaders. Its longevity is outstanding due to the high rubber- to-void-ratio.
This allows good rolling on hard surfaces such as concrete, e.g. in biogas plants or in construction site use. The integrated steel inlays give the tyre its extraordinary wear resistance.
All radial Tianli agricultural tyres achieve a top performance of at least 4,500 operating hours in use – this is confirmed by the personal experiences of dealers and customers all over Europe. Additional trust is created by a seven-year warranty based on remaining tread depth.
