Trelleborg CTIS+ Inside awarded at virtual event

At this year’s virtual ‘Journey to Automation Awards’ ceremony, Trelleborg was announced as the winner of the Tire Sustainability category, with its innovative Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS+ Inside).

Trelleborg says the new CTIS+ Inside sets the standard in tyre sustainability, leading the industry towards greater efficiency, enhanced performance and reduced environmental impact. With its fully integrated OEM central pressure control system, CTIS+ enables tractor drivers to regulate tyre pressure directly from the tractor cabin according to the recommended pressures calculated by advanced Trelleborg Load Calculator (TLC) software.

This smart solution not only helps farmers to optimise production while ensuring safety in farming operations, but it also reduces farming variable costs as well as the environmental footprint associated with farming activities.
