Prinx becomes ‘lead brand’ in Garrett Truck Sport partnership

From the 2026 season onwards, Prinx will become the lead brand within its ongoing multi-year partnership with Garrett Truck Sport.

Prinx Europe entered the European Truck Racing Championship (ETRC) scene last year by sponsoring Garrett Truck Sport through its Austone Tires and Fortune Tires brand, which shared branding space on either side of the team’s trucks.

Going forward, Prinx Europe said both Austone Tires and Fortune Tires “will appear as logos only and not as main colours”, but will still be featured in the hospitality areas and on the team race trucks at the paddock.

With Prinx now leading the programme, the manufacturer says the partnership supports the brand’s “growing presence in the European commercial tyre market and the continued rollout of the Prinx truck and bus range”.

Prinx and Garrett Truck Sport representatives during a strategic meeting in London, including Adrian Costache (Commercial Director, Prinx), Ari Salah (Marketing Manager, Prinx), members of the Garrett Truck Sport management team, and driver Luke Garrett, aligning on the next phase of their motorsport partnership.

The change in direction was confirmed following a meeting in London between Prinx Europe and Garrett Truck Sport.

Prinx Europe said discussions focused on “future direction, creative alignment, and how the partnership will be expressed both on and off the racetrack in the coming season”.

Prinx commercial director, Adrian Costache said the transition “allows us to focus the partnership more clearly on our commercial priorities in Europe and to support our partners with a strong, consistent presence throughout the season”.

Throughout the 2026 ETRC season, Prinx will welcome selected partners and guests to its hospitality programme at key race events.

Austone Tires is represented in Ireland through Euro Tyre Sales.
