M 824 Tyre Changer
The M 824 is a super-automatic tyre changer designed for servicing car, SUV, van, and motorcycle wheels. It is available in a single- speed motor version and a two-speed (2V) version equipped with a tubeless inflating device (FS). Built for strength and precision, the machine features a tilting post with high torsional rigidity to ensure maximum rim protection and reinforced structural stability.
The patented turntable system allows a simple manual shift in working range from 10- to 20-inch to 14- to 24-inch(external clamping). An advanced “IP System” (available on the 2V FS LL version) automatically adjusts turntable rotation speed while maintaining optimal torque, operating between 8–15 rpm.
The integrated “LEVER-LESS” technology eliminates physical effort during demounting while maintaining standard working movements. The tool head is specially profiled for modern tyres and rims, with interchangeable plastic protections for added safety.
Equipped with the ALLY 90 bead lifting/ pressing device and approved by WDK Frankfurt, the M 824 handles UHP and Run Flat tyres, including major systems such as Michelin PAX and other specialised designs (with optional kits), covering everything from standard to high-performance tyres.
M522 Tyre Changer
The M 522 is an automatic tyre changer featuring a 22-inch turntable designed for efficient and safe handling of modern wheels. Its inside and outside clamps are fully protected with standard plastic guards to prevent damage to alloy rims.
The machine is available in single-speed and two-speed (2V) motor versions, with optional tubeless inflating device (FS). The 2V models offer clockwise rotation at two selectable speeds (6–12 rpm), controlled by pedal, while the turntable rotates in both directions for operational flexibility.
A tilting post with high torsional rigidity strengthens the machine’s structure and ensures maximum rim protection. FS models feature inflating nozzles on sliding jaws that automatically adjust to rim diameter.
F560 Tyre Changer
The F560 Special tyre changer features one translation speed with manual tool rotation and lifting, while the F560 A Special offers two translation speeds with automatic tool rotation and lifting. A radio kit is available as an option. Both models can be configured with either a floor-standing or suspended control console.
When moved to the non-working position, the tool arm travels automatically from one side of the wheel to the other quickly and safely. The hydraulic self-centering chuck locks rims from 14- to 56-inches (with KP56 extensions) internally or via the central hole and rotates in both directions at two speeds.
A non-return check valve ensure wheel locking even during power failure. The adjustable tool and friction-free bead breaker support enhance speed and performance.
B 335 C Evo Wheel Balancer
This high-performance digital wheel balancer features a modern, ergonomic design with a durable weight tray shaped to provide maximum access inside the wheel. Multiple weight-holder trays, accessory compartments, and an adjustable monitor keep the workspace tidy and efficient. A built-in anvil allows clip weight preparation without damaging the tray, while the side compartment stores flanges, cones, and bushes.
Designed for wheels up to 44 inches, it includes a powerful, zero-maintenance motor and automatic brake. The double display panel ensures intuitive operation, with AUTOSEL and AWC functions automating programme selection and width calculation. “TwinLight” LED illumination and a laser pointer improve weight placement accuracy. Optional features include an SMD sensor and a pneumatic wheel lift for effortless, precise handling.
