Oak Group Holdings acquires ETB from Bridgestone

Oak Group Holdings has completed the acquisition of Exhaust, Tyres and Batteries (ETB) from Bridgestone, bringing the UK fast-fit and wholesale business into its portfolio.

The UK-based independent tyre wholesaler said the deal opens up a significant new distribution channel, including four warehouses across Wales, the Midlands and the Southwest of England.

It is the first time in its 45-year history that Oak Group Holdings has direct access to consumers.

Along with ETB, the Oak Group’s current brand portfolio now comprises Davanti, Envoy, Landsail, Linglong, Delinte and Aptany.
