Large quantity of truck tyres stolen from Abbey Tyres

A large consignment of truck and agri tyres were stolen from the premises of Abbey Tyres, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick at the weekend.

Upwards on 60 truck tyres and 10 agri-tyres were stolen over the weekend, and tyre retailers that are offered tyres in unusual circumstances are being urged to contact the Gardai.

The following sizes were stolen:

385/65R22.5 Triangle TR679 Drive

385/65R22.5 Double Star DS 18 steer/trailer

315/65R22.5 Triangle TR92 steer

315/80r22.5 Triangle T689 steer

385/80R22.5 Falken R117 steer

Small Triangle truck 17.5 and 19.5
