Kevin Farrell resigns as ITIA President

Kevin Farrell, has resigned as President of the Irish Tyre Industry Association,

Following the resignation, ITIA Chief Executive Percy Foster told TyreTrade.ie: “On 10 September, Kevin Farrell decided to resign as President of the Irish Tyre Industry Association.”

“On behalf of the National Executive Council and members, I want to sincerely thank Kevin for his significant contribution to developing the tyre industry in Ireland.”

“Kevin has spent a significant amount of time working hard to improve the industry for the legitimate operators. As President for nearly four years, he led some significant projects such as the licensing scheme and the ATA training course. We all wish Kevin all the best for the future.”

“On a personal note, I want to thank Kevin for all his support and guidance to me since I started my role. His support has been invaluable.
The NEC will be meeting on the September 24 to discuss and decide the interim Governance of the ITIA until its next AGM.”
