Golf Ireland continues partnership with Bridgestone
Golf Ireland and Bridgestone have confirmed they are continuing their partnership for 2026, as the popular Bridgestone Tours teed off in recent weeks starting with the West of Ireland Championship in Sligo.
The renewal will also see Bridgestone continuing free tyre safety checks in conjunction with tyre dealers at selected events, reinforcing their commitment to community road safety.

“We are very happy to continue our support for the Bridgestone Tours and Orders of Merit,” said Colm Conyngham, marketing manager, Bridgestone Ireland.
“There is a lot of evidence recently that providing professionally structured and higher profile tours and awards for amateurs pays dividends in terms of their development and progress both locally and internationally.
“The tyre safety initiative means we can give something additional to members of the golfing community in Ireland, helping them to stay safe on the road,” he added.
Golf Ireland expressed its delight at maintaining its partnership with Bridgestone, recognising the significant contribution made towards raising the profile of amateur golf across the island.
The Bridgestone Order of Merit continues to be a major stepping stone for amateur golfers aiming to represent Ireland or transition into the professional ranks.
