Dunlop Riders Fill X Games 2013 Podiums in Los Angeles

The Summer X Games in Los Angles, California, USA always deliver hours of exciting viewing to millions of extreme sports fans, and the competition in 2013 seemed better than ever. Dunlop athletes fared very well; in the eight Moto X categories, Dunlop-sponsored riders scored 23 of 24 podium positions.

In the dry, hard-packed track conditions that made for tricky riding in many of the final events, many of the freestyle and MX riders choose Dunlop’s Geomax® MX71™ tires for the slippery conditions.

In the Women’s Moto X Dunlop’s FIM Women’s World Championship leader Kiara Fontanesi picked up a bronze medal. The motocross rider took the challenge of switching to Supercross well, even taking the holeshot in the race.
