Churchill Tyres sponsoring Beresford Stakes at the Curragh

Churchill Tyres, a brand owned by UK-based tyre distributor Bond International, has entered into a new partnership with the Curragh racecourse in Co Kildare, becoming the title sponsor of the Group 2 Churchill Tyres Beresford Stakes for the next three years.

As part of the partnership, the breeder of the winner will receive a free nomination to the Tally-Ho Stud stallion Maranoa Charlie, who was purchased last year by Charlie Bond, CEO of Churchill Tyres and Bond Thoroughbred Ltd.

In addition, all breeders of winners at the Curragh between July and November will be entered in a draw to win a free nomination to the son of Wootton Bassett.

“This partnership reflects our long-term commitment to both racing and breeding,” said Bond. “By offering a nomination to Maranoa Charlie as part of the sponsorship, we hope to give breeders the opportunity to experience an exciting young sire while celebrating success both on and off the racecourse.
