Bridgestone supports Champions of Motorsport charity dinner

Bidgestone Ireland supported the recent Champions of Motorsport charity dinner in the Culloden Hotel Belfast.

The event’s committee is made up of people in the motor and transport industry, media and motorsport. The event raises money for Action Medical Research, a charity that focuses on research to help sick babies and young children.

A total of £70,000 was raised on the night with an auction of motorsport memorabilia and motorsport trips making a big contribution.

The star guest at the event was Sky TV’s F1 reporter, Bernie Collins, who was interviewed on stage by F1 journalist Maurice Hamilton. A special tribute was paid to Eddie Jordan who passed away earlier in the year.
