Bridgestone highlights Tirematics tyre monitoring at CV Show

Bridgestone is highlighting its innovative ‘Tirematics’ tyre monitoring system along with its newly developed M-STEER 001, M-DRIVE 001 and M-TRAILER 001 tyres at the CV Show this week.

Conor Curran, Bridgestone Ireland and Phil Eaglestone, Export & Freight.

Tirematics™ encompasses all of Bridgestone’s connected tyre solutions and is being demonstrated throughout the three-day show. IT systems, using sensors, remotely monitor, transmit and analyse real-time information, such as the pressure and temperature of commercial truck and bus tyres.

In addition, Bridgestone’s newest line-up of On/Off tyres are on display at the NEC.

They have the durability to perform in a wide variety of surface conditions from asphalt and gravel to sand and mud, while demonstrating a high resistance to cutting, chipping and other forms of accidental damage.

Bridgestone’s new On/Off range delivers also excellent mileage as well as great traction and grip. This is key to meet the challenges of today’s operators, who drive more and more in mild and medium On/Off conditions such as those in construction and excavation works.
