Another ‘highly successful’ Balmoral Show for TyreCall

TyreCall reports on a “highly successful week” at the recent Balmoral Show, where the leading tyre distributor once again demonstrated its commitment to the farming, contracting, and commercial sectors.

TyreCall’s stand featured innovative machinery integrations, premium off-the-road (OTR) additions, and an interactive virtual reality experience for 4×4 enthusiasts.

Central to this year’s display was a strategic partnership with prominent machinery dealership Burkes of Cornascriebe. The collaboration featured a powerhouse New Holland T7.225 tractor, uniquely outfitted to demonstrate dual-purpose versatility.

On one side, the tractor showcased the high-traction, soil-preserving Ascenso TDR650 Radial tyres, whilst the other side was fitted with the durable Ascenso MDR100 Industrial tyres, giving visitors a side-by-side look at optimal tyre solutions for varying operational terrains.

Expanding its off-highway portfolio, TyreCall introduced an impressive lineup of new Ascenso products to the stand this year, including:

• Ascenso FTR176 Flotation [560/60R22.5 (SB) 170 D/ 167 E]: This specific steel-belted (SB) size took centre stage, engineered specifically for modern trailers and tankers to support high load-carrying capacities at speed, whilst significantly minimising soil compaction during field operations.
• Ascenso ELR3100: A rugged earthmover tyre built to handle demanding material-handling and industrial loading operations.
• Ascenso FLS692: A highly stable forklift tyre designed to deliver exceptional longevity and safety in heavy-duty material handling environments.

In addition to the heavy machinery, TyreCall drew crowds by spotlighting General Tire’s premium 4×4 and SUV tyre ranges. A major talking point on the stand was the highly regarded General Tire Grabber Cross All Season tyre.

To bring this technology to life, the stand featured an immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experience, allowing visitors to step into a digital environment and learn firsthand about the innovative crossover compound, safety features, and engineering behind the Grabber Cross All Season’s superior grip and durability.
