Always on the podium for winter performance

Leading UK Motoring Magazine ‘Auto Express’ has published the results of its annual winter tyre test. The magazine compared the performance of nine tyre brands across a range of handling and safety tests.

Goodyear Dunlop has been awarded a ‘Very Recommendable’ rating for its Goodyear UltraGrip 8 which scored an incredible 99.3% and Dunlop SP Winter Sport 4D which scored a 98.5% overall rating in the demanding tests. In the aquaplaning tests, Auto Express declared Goodyear as ‘head and shoulders above its rivals’ with an impressive score of 100%. Similarly Dunlop’s SP

The Winter Sport 4D excelled in the snow tests, beating other premium rivals with an overall score of 99.8% and ‘top podium position’ in snow braking and maneuvering

It’s not just in the UK that Goodyear Dunlop excel, in recent tests by leading German magazine Auto Bild Sportscars.  and Promobil, Goodyear Dunlop were 2012’s test winners replicating similar test wins in 2011.
